TALENT DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES: Douglas Eby’s website, though not primarily about the trait of high sensitivity, provides much information and inspiration to enhance creative expression and personal development for the HSP Soul. There’s a section specifically dedicated for high sensitivity found here.
HSP HEALTH: Maria Hill’s website explores the HSP trait in depth. HSP Health focuses on the many challenges of being a highly sensitive person including the causes and characteristics of high sensitivity, and the identity challenges of being different and invalidated.
